Sponsorship Opportunities

We have the following sponsorship levels available to individuals, organizations, departments, and publishers.

$1,500
$1,000
$ 500
$ 300
$ 200
$ 100

Publishers' Book Fair

There is the opportunity for a limited number of sponsoring publishers to display their journals and books at the conference, at a selective book fair that we plan to include in a very centrally located area of the conference hotel. Sponsoring publishers are entitled to a link on this conference Web site, the opportunity to submit flyers for our conference delegate packs, and the opportunity to display a sign at the conference. There are two levels of publisher sponsorship, which entitle publishers to the following:

$300: Staffed Publisher's Table

At this level, publishers will be entitled to send a representative to the conference, who will have a six-foot table, two chairs, electricity, and wireless Internet connectivity available in the publishers' book fair area, within the Hilton San Diego, Gaslamp Quarter. The representative will be entitled to the discounted conference delegate guest room rates and may register for a guest room via this site.

$200: Unstaffed Publisher's Table

At this level, publishers will be entitled to space at a six-foot table available in the publishers' book fair area, within the Hilton San Diego, Gaslamp Quarter, to display books and journals that they have sent in advance to the Conference Publishers' Book Fair Director, graduate student Anna Rogers.

Publishers interested in participating in the book fair should contact the Conference Publishers' Book Fair Director, graduate student Anna Rogers, at:

anna.rogers@sbcglobal.net

When our online conference registration begins (planned for November 1, 2009), it should be possible for sponsoring publishers to submit payment online and thereby hold a space at the book fair. Please check this site for future updates. Also available now is a contract created by graduate student Anna Rogers, our Conference Publishers' Book Fair Director.
