Graduate Student Essay Contest

 

The Contemporary Women's Writing Network will be offering a prize of 100 British pounds for the best paper delivered by a PhD student at the conference. The judges will be Imelda Whelehan, Professor of English and Women's Studies at De Montfort University, Leicester, UK and Paulina Palmer, Birkbeck College, University of London, UK, both members of the CWWN steering group.

If are a PhD student and would like to enter your paper for the prize, please email your paper as a word attachment to both judges at Paulinapalmer@aol.com and imw@dmu.ac.uk by the closing date of Friday, 16th July 2010. Please submit the exact version of the paper that you delivered at the conference and contact Paulina and Imelda if you have any queries.

The winner will be announced in the Autumn.
